Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits sector with major financial institutions, Karl established GLH Capital to focus on socially responsible investing.
Under Karl’s leadership, GLH Capital has strategically acquired $45 million in real estate and $35 million in prime land for development. With over 90 doors in its portfolio, the company has secured multiple multimillion-dollar contracts with cities, spearheading projects to build 2,000 homes, 156 single-family residences, and three apartment buildings. GLH Capital is on a powerful growth trajectory, with a mission to provide housing for 50,000 people.
